Goal-setting & discovery
We work collaboratively to set appropriate targets. How many kilos of fat to lose or muscle to gain over what time frame. How many hours per week we can commit to exercise. What specific needs do we have in terms of diet and any other considerations you may have. From there we begin formulating the initial blueprint.

Initial calibration
We put the plans into action and make sure they're delivering results. We assess waist (cm) and weight (kg) weekly alongside training performance numbers (reps/sets/kg lifted) to determine trajectory. Adjustments are made in real-time to ensure continued progress. Obstacles are addressed as a team to devise sustainable workarounds.

Ongoing accountability
With daily WhatsApp messaging and weekly video calls, communication remains frequent allowing for rapid and regular feedback. The ongoing dialogue ensures clients are encouraged and supported at all times, helping to build habits slowly with positive reinforcement and expert guidance throughout the coaching journey.

With over 10 years of coaching experience and having performed more than 10,000 DEXA scans, I have developed a deep understanding of the physiology of body recomposition as well as the psychology of habit-formation which enables me to be a highly-effective coach and accountability partner.
Working together we can build a strategy which is sustainable and realistic. I can help you avoid the common pitfalls and act as your back-stop, preventing regression by providing regular support and auditing. I have worked with a wide variety of clients ranging in age from 18 to 87, which gives me the breadth of experience needed to be able to assist people with their health journey at all stages of life.
